Savoury meatballs
Ingredients
- Easy Mix Meatballs
- 1 red pepper
- 250 g brown mushrooms
- 125 ml vegan cream
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- Salt & Pepper
Optional:
- Rice or Pasta

Cooking instructions
- Mix the Easy Mix Meatballs according to the instructions and chill.
- Cook the pasta of your choice and prepare the sauce at the same time.
- Dice the tomato paste, peppers and mushrooms and fry in a pan with some oil. Add the meatballs in the end.
- Deglaze with vegan cream and vegetable stock and season with salt and pepper.
