- 3 tomatoes
- 40g tomato paste
- 1 chopped onion
- 30ml vinegar
- 1 tsp cornflour
- Salt, pepper
- Cane sugar if necessary
- Fry half of the tomato paste in a pan, then add the onion and tomatoes. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Then purée the mixture.
- Mix the rest of the tomato paste with vinegar and cornflour and add to the pan, mix well, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and, if necessary, sugar.
