Fresh, crispy chips are something nobody can resist, right? Whether at your party, for in between meals or at the big family dinner. Chips are one of the favourites in many different countries.
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- coconut oil
- Chips seasoning


Preparation
- Cut potatoes into strips.
- Put the potato strips in a bowl and mix with some coconut oil. In this case: less is more. Make sure you don't add too much, otherwise the chips won't get as crispy. Season to taste.
- Bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven. Turn after 15 minutes.
