- 1 pack Easy Mix Meatballs
- 1-2 colourful peppers for the legs
- Lentils and vegan mayo for the eyes
Preparation
- Mix the meatballs according to instructions, chill for about 30 minutes, shape and fry.
- Wash peppers and cut into thin strips.
- Insert bell pepper strips into the meatballs.
- Form the eyes from vegan mayo and lentils and use a piece of bell pepper to make the mouth.
- Snack away!
