- 3 tomatoes
- 40g tomato puree
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 30ml vinegar
- 1 TL cornstarch
- Salt, pepper
- Cane sugar (if desired)
- Briefly fry half of the tomato puree in a pan, then add onion and tomatoes. Let it simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Puree the mixture.
- Mix the remaining tomato puree with vinegar and corn starch and add to the pan. Mix well, bring to the boil and leave to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper and sugar if necessary.
