- Easy Mix Mince
- white cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- a bit vegetable stock
- Mix and cool the Easy Mix Mince according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Carefully remove the stalk from the white cabbage. Then place it in a pot of boiling salted water and cook for about 10 minutes. Lift the cabbage out of the water and keep the remaining water. Remove the leaves from the cabbage and blanch them in the water for another 2 minutes. Cut out the end of each cabbage rib in a v-shape.
- Chop the carrot and onion in a shredder or chop very finely. Take the mince mixture out of the fridge after 30 minutes and add the chopped carrot and onion pieces. Form the mixture into small, elongated rolls.
- Place two sheets on top of each other, place a meatball on each and roll up into a roulade. Tie with a kitchen string if necessary. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cabbage rolls until hot. Add the tomato paste and garlic and sauté. Deglaze with some vegetable stock and the chopped tomatoes, let it boil and simmer for about 40 minutes. Season well. Serve with rice, for example.
