Vegan meatball skewers

Barbecue skewers of all kinds always go down well at parties. And the best thing is that you can enjoy the skewers comfortably standing up and without cutlery. Shashlik skewers are a traditional meat dish in many Eastern countries. We make it vegan - but still hasn't lost any of its flavour.

Simply choose a vegetable of your choice, for example onion and peppers, then skewer alternating vegetables and our meatballs on the skewer. You can brush it with a little olive oil and herbs for an even better taste.

The BBQ Platter

Invited too many people to the barbecue? Then our large BBQ platter is perfect for you.

Simply take your favourite products, such as meatballs, sausages, or burgers, and mix them with a little less water. For extra bite after grilling, leave the mixture in the fridge for a little longer.

It is also important that you grease the grill well beforehand or use a base so that the 'meat' does not stick to the grill. Serve with a colourful salad and baguette and you've got a great barbecue platter.
