Easy Mix Sausages - with herbs

Our Ingredients

48% textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), thickener: methylcellulose, sunflower seeds partially de-oiled, 6.0 % pea flour, rapeseed oil, psyllium husks, table salt, flavourings, 3.0% enzymatically hydrolysed pea protein, herbs, spices, majoram.

How to prepare your vegan sausages

Thoroughly mix 150 g of the sausages Easy Mix with 300 ml of very cold water and 3 tbsp.(approx. 30 g) of vegetable cooking oil.

Let the mixture chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

With moistened hands, first form about 15 small balls and then roll them into approx. 1.5 cm thick sausages.

Put the sausages in boiling water for max. 30 seconds. Afterwards, drain the water.

Now fry the sausages in a coated pan or on the BBQ at low to medium heat until golden brown.
