








Our ingredients
47 % textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), maize granules, thickener: methylcellulose, sunflower seeds partially de-oiled, onion, rapeseed oil, rice granules, 2.9% enzymatically hydrolysed pea protein, flavourings, table salt, spices, marjoram, beetroot.


Preparation

Thoroughly mix 150g of the meatball Easy Mix with 270ml of very cold water and 3 tbsp. (approx. 30g) of vegetable cooking oil. Add chopped onions, herbs and spices as desired.

Let the mixture swell in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

With moistened hands, form about six meatballs from the mixture.

Heat cooking oil in a coated pan and fry the meatballs on each side for approx. 3-4 minutes at medium heat.
