Our ingredients
49 % textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), thickener: methylcellulose, sunflower seeds partially de-oiled, 6.0% pea flour, rapeseed oil, psyllium husks, table salt, flavourings, 3.0% enzymatically hydrolysed pea protein, spices, majoram, spice extract.

How the sausage gets made

Thoroughly mix 150g of the sausage mixture with 300ml very cold water and 3 tbsp. cooking oil.

Let the mixture swell in the fridge for approx. 30 minutes.

With moistened hands, first form approx. 15 balls from the mixture. Then roll the balls into 1.5 cm thin sausages.

Place the sausages in boiling water for max. 30 seconds. This forms the skin.

Then fry the sausages over low to medium heat in the pan or on the BBQ until browned to your liking.

Tip: Grease the BBQ or pan with a little oil beforehand.
