Our Ingredients

49% textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), thickener: methylcellulose, 11% pea flour, psyllium husks, 6,1% pea protein, rapeseed oil, table salt, 3% enzymatically hydrolysed pea protein, flavourings, spice extract.

Preparation

Thoroughly mix 150g of the Schnitzel Easy Mix with 300 ml of very cold water.

Let the mixture swell in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

With moistened hands, form about six flat schnitzels and bread to preference. Tip: First form small balls, place them between two sheets of baking paper and then smoothly press them until flattened.

Heat a little cooking oil in a coated pan and fry the schnitzels on each side for approx. 3-4 minutes at low to medium heat.
